Dedrone is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to own the design of next-generation counter-UAS technology from concept through production. The role covers mechanical design, thermal and structural analysis, prototyping, system integration, testing, documentation, and compliance. Candidates should have a mechanical engineering degree, CAD and prototyping experience, knowledge of embedded systems and harsh-environment design, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is hybrid in Sterling, Virginia, with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, and offers a base salary of $108,750 to $174,000 USD plus benefits.
