Description
Lucid is hiring a Mechanical Engineer II, Stator/Rotor to join a resident product engineering organization in its manufacturing plant. The role focuses on troubleshooting stator and rotor subassemblies, establishing assembly requirements and process flows, supporting prototype builds and new-product launches, leading product change management, improving high-volume production, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a mechanical or automotive engineering degree, 4+ years of automotive experience, stator and rotor technical knowledge, product-development experience, statistical and CAD proficiency, and Six Sigma Green certification.
