Description
SpaceX is hiring a Senior Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer for Starshield to manage satellite integration builds and test operations, evaluate designs for manufacturability and integration, coordinate with engineers and technicians, develop assembly procedures, and analyze non-conformances. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of professional design or hands-on manufacturing experience, with additional propulsion, avionics, programming, and production experience preferred. The position may require travel to other SpaceX sites, extended hours, and physically demanding work, and offers a base salary of $130,000 to $180,000 per year plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
