Molex is hiring a Sr. Mechatronics Engineer in Lisle, Illinois to lead the mechanical design, product validation, and manufacturing development of BoundaryCool thermal management solutions for the CAEPlus Phase I program. The role covers cold-plate and active-module design, electromechanical and electromagnetic integration, PCB and electrical-mechanical interfaces, embedded firmware, control systems, EMC testing, and prototype validation. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of electromechanical system design and integration experience, and experience with control systems, embedded programming, PCB design, and system prototyping. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 per year plus variable pay and Molex employment benefits.
