Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Member of Engineering Staff – Systems Engineer to support Launchers programs. The role involves developing systems requirements and documentation, decomposing requirements to subsystem levels, supporting system requirements reviews and external customer discussions, participating in design reviews, and developing diagrams and interfaces for Model-Based Systems Engineering efforts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, at least five years of total experience, three or more years of related systems-requirements experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance. A master's degree, launching-systems experience, Rhapsody or CAMEO experience, and DOORS experience are desired. The position offers a salary of $91,000 to $181,113 and medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
