The role leads merchandising planning and inventory strategy, supports financial and OTB planning, analyzes category performance and advanced data, and develops and manages a planning team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative field, at least five years of merchandise planning experience including two years in leadership, strong analytical and Excel skills, and knowledge of retail trends. The approved salary range is $95,000 to $110,000, with health, dental, and vision insurance effective on the date of hire.
