Description
Bosch is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes in an industrial or automotive environment. The role focuses on continuous improvement, product and process industrialization, cycle-time and line-balancing optimization, root-cause analysis, automation and digitalization projects, KPI management, safety and regulatory compliance, and technical mentoring. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PFMEA, and related tools, advanced English, and the ability to lead international projects.
