Description
The Facilities Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team responsible for the design, construction, maintenance, operations, and safety of R&D laboratories and support buildings. The role manages facility modifications, budgets, schedules, standards, documentation, consultant resources, cross-functional engineering reviews, occupational safety and environmental compliance, and performance monitoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering with 20+ years of facilities engineering experience, or a master’s degree with 16+ years of experience; the role may be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.
