Amgen is hiring a Sr. Manager, Information Systems to lead product and delivery for AI-enabled manufacturing and engineering solutions. The role manages an engineering team, translates business needs into roadmaps and requirements, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, oversees release planning and production readiness, and ensures delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and operational-resilience standards. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 13–17 years of information systems or technical program leadership experience, and at least five years leading engineering or technical teams.
