Description
The role analyzes financial, operational, and clinical data to improve cost, quality, and utilization outcomes in musculoskeletal value-based care programs. It partners with Regional Medical Directors and providers, delivers performance reviews, leads provider onboarding and enablement, develops reporting and performance tools, and supports network growth. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with up to 50% travel.
