The role owns on-time delivery performance, develops local teams, partners with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Global Operations, and drives continuous improvement in order fulfillment. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of progressive order fulfillment, supply chain, or operations experience, and 5+ years of senior management experience in a global, matrixed environment. The role offers an on-site flex hybrid model requiring at least three days per week on-site.
