Lam Research is hiring a Program Manager to lead a multi-year, outcome-based partnership focused on increasing wafer output for constraint workstations. The role serves as the single Lam owner across customer sites, providing program oversight, governance, customer interface, resource coordination, technical reviews, performance validation, CRM and account distribution updates, and escalation resolution. The position requires cross-functional project leadership, schedule and budget management, and typically 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; it is an onsite-flex role requiring at least three days per week in the office and 40% travel.
