Renesas Bangalore is hiring a Senior Manager-Software Development Engineer in Test to lead and scale the software quality assurance organization supporting several power product lines. The role provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership across QA, defines quality KPIs and automation roadmaps, manages testing resources and hiring, and partners with product, application, and field teams to improve software reliability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, at least 14 years of software test design experience including 5 years as a manager, and expertise in test automation frameworks, programming languages, Git, and CI/CD practices.
