The role leads cross-discipline engineering teams and owns functional execution, staffing, recruiting, performance management, verification, Agile delivery, and program execution across a portfolio of defense programs. It requires a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related experience or a graduate degree with 10 years, or 16 years without a degree; at least five years of management and cross-functional leadership experience; an active Secret clearance; and the ability to travel up to 10%. The salary range is $146,000 to $271,000, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
