Richmond National Insurance Company is hiring an on-site Sr. ML Engineer in Glen Allen, Virginia, to design, develop, maintain, and monitor scalable cloud data science infrastructure and machine learning models. The role involves building MLOps pipelines, developing and fine-tuning deep learning and language models, optimizing model performance, implementing data security and privacy controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting AI workflows. Candidates need at least five years of experience in a data science, data analysis, data engineering, or similar role, including at least three years as a Data Scientist, along with strong machine learning, Python, SQL, AWS, and data integration experience.
