Description
SpaceX is hiring a Senior MMIC Design Engineer to develop next-generation MMICs for Starlink’s space and ground infrastructure. The role covers RF system and MMIC specifications, circuit and electromagnetic simulation, packaging, prototype characterization, automated test equipment, and production testing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of RF/microwave circuit design experience, and experience with GaAs or GaN MMICs.
