Glance is hiring a Senior Motion Graphics Artist in Bangalore to define and maintain the unified motion language across its mobile surfaces, including choreographed transitions, physics engines, micro-interactions, and tactile feedback. The role partners with UX, visual design, product, and engineering teams; creates reusable motion systems and asset packages; builds high-fidelity interactive prototypes; translates motion into production Android code; and mentors junior designers. Candidates should have a motion product portfolio, expertise in easing, interpolation, timing, and mobile UI animation, and proficiency with tools such as After Effects, Figma, Principle, or ProtoPie.
