Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Network Engineer focused on Juniper operating systems to lead serviceability and supportability improvements across HPE Networking and Juniper Networking portfolios. The role analyzes support cases, escalations, customer feedback, and product trends to identify systemic issues and translate them into product requirements, diagnostics, observability, troubleshooting workflows, and reliability improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, networking, or a related field, significant advanced networking and product support experience, and deep hands-on knowledge of Juniper technologies. The position is onsite in an HPE office with a hybrid schedule and offers a base salary of USD 105,500–243,000 in Texas or USD 120,000–228,000 in Massachusetts.
