Description
The Network Operations Specialist provides support for larger and more complex projects, diagrams and evaluates existing processes, plans and implements process improvement and change management initiatives, establishes quality standards, develops policies and procedures, ensures consistent and timely change deployment, and measures network performance against process requirements. The role requires a BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
