Micron is hiring a Senior Product Engineer for its DRAM Technology Node Development group to drive new process-node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp to world-class performance. The role guides development teams, applies feedback measures, partners with Build, Technology Development, Design for Test, and Quality teams, and runs electrical failure analysis and bench testing to improve yield. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or materials engineering or equivalent, five years of DRAM product engineering experience, and strong DRAM test-data analysis and root-cause identification skills.
