Description
Intuitive is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, validate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for precision flexible needles, catheters, and single-use accessory assemblies for advanced bronchoscopic instruments. The role partners with design, materials, quality, supplier, automation, and clinical teams; supports NPI ramp and production scale-up; leads root-cause investigations; and improves yield, cycle time, process capability, and data traceability. Candidates need at least eight years of manufacturing engineering experience or a master's degree plus six years, along with experience in precision assemblies, joining processes, statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, and preferably medical device manufacturing.
