Description
Esri is hiring a Product Engineer for Observability to design and implement observability pipelines, metrics, logs, traces, and events for ArcGIS Enterprise, and to develop AI-driven root cause analysis and data-driven sizing recommendations. The role also involves translating customer needs into technical requirements, building software releases, troubleshooting issues, analyzing test results, and sharing workflows. Candidates need at least five years of ArcGIS Enterprise experience, observability and test-automation expertise, Python, Java, or scripting experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $93,600 to $159,328 USD.
