Iron Bow Technologies is hiring an OpenShift Virtualization Engineer to design, deploy, and operate a multi-tier Red Hat OpenShift environment while migrating approximately 10,000 virtual machines from VMware ESXi to OpenShift Virtualization across a large-scale on-premises infrastructure. The role covers OpenShift cluster management, migration execution and troubleshooting, platform services, infrastructure automation, secrets management, bare-metal support, compliance, documentation, and technical leadership. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$170,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and company-provided equipment benefits.
