Honeywell is hiring a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives, improve process efficiency and effectiveness, eliminate execution barriers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support site leaders. The role reports to the Plant Director and is based on-site in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Candidates need at least two years of operational excellence or related experience, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, a proven record of process improvement, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
