Description
Brooks is hiring a Sr. Operations Analyst to report to the Director of Lean & Industrial Engineering and partner with factories and Brooks offices in Asia. The role converts raw data into actionable business intelligence, performs predictive analytics and data quality work, builds measurement systems, creates dashboards, and supports lean, production, industrial engineering, costing, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The analyst will also manage stakeholder relationships, mentor junior analysts, and influence manufacturing processes for efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost improvement.
