Description
The Operations Analyst Sr. will oversee the development and analysis of complex organizational plans and metrics, manage human, technical, and financial resources, and advise senior government stakeholders on SOCOM mission strategies and IT modernization. The role includes designing performance metrics, identifying operational inefficiencies, integrating IT best practices, and providing senior-level oversight and mentorship to team members. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, relevant operational and strategic planning experience, and the ability to obtain required security clearance are required.
