Description
Quorum Federal Credit Union is hiring a remote Senior Operations Associate to manage daily deposit, real-time payments, ACH, wire, and EFT processing; handle exceptions and general ledger reconciliation; support process improvement, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and vendor or regulatory activities; and maintain policies and procedures. The role requires at least four years of transactional processing experience in a bank or credit union, including at least two years in a similar operations role, along with payment-system, Excel, data, and analytical skills. Compensation is $68,800–$78,800 per year, with potential discretionary incentive compensation, and the role is open to United States residents who have current work authorization.
