Sub-Same Day (SSD) Engineering is hiring a Sr. Operations Engineer in Bellevue, Washington, to lead process standardization, documentation, reviews, and scalable program-management practices. The role partners with engineering and cross-functional teams, prioritizes internal and external requests, reports project status, identifies risks and innovation opportunities, and supports executive-level decision-making. Candidates need at least five years of project, reliability program, Microsoft Office, maintenance or engineering, and material-handling experience, plus a bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology; a master's degree and Lean/Six Sigma experience are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $119,600 to $161,700 annually in the United States, along with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
