Description
Global Engineering Services (GES) North America is hiring a Sr. Operations Engineer to manage and execute complex projects for sortation, distribution, material handling, storage, and automation systems across First and Middle Mile operations. The role leads project lifecycles, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, drives schedules and change controls, performs equipment installation and safety, throughput, and performance qualifications, and leads process improvement initiatives. It requires 6+ years of large-project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field, and knowledge of automated material handling systems, AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL. The position includes up to 75% domestic travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling.
