Amazon is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for its Fulfillment Center in Cranbury, New Jersey. The role oversees budgetary, people development, safety, quality, performance, and customer experience objectives; leads Operations and Area Managers; drives Lean and process-improvement initiatives; and coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other senior operations leaders. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least seven years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution, full staffing-cycle experience, and experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
