Description
The Sr. Operations Manager oversees budgetary, people development, and operational objectives at a Fulfillment Center, leading Operations and Area Managers and coaching them to meet performance goals. The role manages Inbound or Outbound operations, drives quality, safety, process improvement, Lean initiatives, and customer experience, and coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other senior operations leaders. It requires flexible hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, plus physical work involving lifting, bending, walking, and standing. The position is based in Desert Hot Springs, California, with a base salary of 135,000 to 182,700 USD annually.
