Description
The Sr. Operations Manager oversees budgetary, people development, and operational objectives at a Fulfillment Center, leading Operations and Area Managers and coaching them to meet performance goals. The role manages Inbound or Outbound operations, drives quality and process-improvement initiatives, develops employee relations and leadership, and coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other senior operations leaders. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least seven years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution, and experience with performance metrics, process improvement, Lean techniques, and the full staffing lifecycle. The position is based in Temple Terrace, Florida, with a base salary of 135,000 to 182,700 USD annually and includes health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
