CTDI is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate warehouse operations, manage approximately 150 temporary and full-time associates, optimize inventory and shipping processes, support P&L performance, and lead cross-functional operational initiatives. The role requires 5–7+ years of management experience, proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory control software, and familiarity with OSHA regulations. It is a first-shift position with a salary of $80,000–$110,000 plus bonus potential and benefits, and it does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
