Description
The Senior Operations Manager reports to the VP and General Manager and manages day-to-day workflows across assigned production departments. The role leads and develops Associates, sets production goals, implements continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives, maintains manufacturing and OSHA standards, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products efficiently. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of machining or manufacturing experience, five years of people-management and leadership experience, Lean Six Sigma credentials, data analysis and ERP experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
