TaskUs is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for its AV Rider Assistance & Dispatch unit in Metro Detroit. The role manages day-to-day operations, performance, billing, P&L, resource forecasting, and a team of Operations Managers and Team Leads; it also oversees response frameworks, AV KPIs, regulatory compliance, hiring, talent development, and organizational safety and innovation. The position requires autonomous vehicle experience, at least two years of Senior Operations Manager experience or seven years of Operations Manager experience in high-stakes or safety-critical environments, and 20% travel. The salary range is $97,000 to $145,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time-off benefits.
