Amazon is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for its Huntley, Illinois fulfillment center. The role oversees budgetary, people development, safety, quality, performance, and customer experience objectives; leads Operations and Area Managers; drives Lean and process-improvement initiatives; and coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other senior operations leaders. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least seven years of direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, engineering, production, or distribution, and the ability to work varied hours including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
