Description
The Senior Operations Program Manager will lead device operations for Amazon’s next-generation devices, coordinating engineering, product management, and operations teams and external manufacturing partners. The role owns operations as a single-threaded owner, develops manufacturing and supply chain strategies, supports product concept development, oversees technical issue resolution and production schedules, and drives alignment across the Device Operations organization. Candidates need at least five years of program or technical project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, and experience in new product introduction within operations or manufacturing for consumer electronics or a similar industry.
