Description
The Sr. Operations Program Manager will lead device operations for Amazon’s next-generation devices, coordinating engineering, product management, and operations teams and external manufacturing partners. The role owns product development and operations strategy, manufacturing and supply chain planning, build execution, issue resolution, production scheduling, cross-functional communication, and alignment of processes and initiatives. It requires at least five years of program or technical project management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related technical field, and experience with end-to-end product delivery, feature tradeoffs, roadmap strategy, and data analysis.
