DHL Express is hiring a Sr Operations Supervisor for YHM GTW to lead and manage frontline unionized and salaried staff involved in package and freight pickup, handling, delivery, scanning, GSOP compliance, and on-time distribution. The role oversees productivity, quality, cost, staffing, safety, regulatory compliance, customer service solutions, continuous improvement, equipment, security, audits, and corrective actions, while reporting to management and supporting the Sales resource team.
