Description
Astrolab is seeking a Senior Operations Technical Trainer to develop, deliver, and continuously improve technical training for aerospace manufacturing operations. The role covers assembly, integration, testing, inspection, material handling, tooling, new-hire onboarding, process-change training, skills qualification, certification, training effectiveness evaluation, and training logistics. It reports to the Quality Engineering Manager and requires a STEM or related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing operations experience.
