Baxter is hiring an Operational Excellence Manager to lead site performance improvement through deployment of the Growth & Performance System and application of Lean, Kaizen, Value Stream Management, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement methodologies. The role partners with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and support functions; coaches teams; improves processes, OEE, productivity, and KPIs; and supports FDA, GMP, EHS, and 6S initiatives. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of manufacturing or operational-excellence experience, and strong project-management and cross-functional leadership skills. The estimated base salary is $112,000–$154,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
