Description
The Sr. Ops Associate serves as the primary on-site execution lead for New Store Openings and operational stabilization for the TOUS les JOURS brand. The role coordinates store setup, training, product and equipment readiness, opening checklists, staff coaching, early operational monitoring, and corrective actions, while also supporting a small number of existing franchise locations. The position is based in Buena Park, California, requires a high school diploma or GED, offers an associate’s degree or relevant hospitality or business training as preferred, and requires regional travel of up to 75%.
