Molex is hiring a Senior Optical Process Engineer in Xindian District, New Taipei, Taiwan, to lead process design and development for fiber-optic monitoring products such as OFDR, OTDR, and OPM systems. The role includes optical system assembly and integration, calibration and performance testing, quality assurance and reliability testing, process improvement, documentation, technical support, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least six years of optical product process development or engineering experience, hands-on optical assembly and integration experience, and expertise in opto-mechanical design, optical alignment, optical adhesives and fastening, PFMEA, DOE, statistical process control, and new-product introduction.
