OutSystems is hiring a Senior Developer to lead the end-to-end technical implementation of complex applications and sophisticated agentic systems. The role involves translating architectural blueprints into secure, scalable production code, coaching teammates on AI-assisted development, enforcing quality and security standards, and contributing to AI agent governance and LLM data privacy. Candidates need at least five years of OutSystems and enterprise software development experience, including expertise in agentic process design, vector databases, and prompt engineering, along with OutSystems Expert Developer and Agentic AI Specialist certifications. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance are required, with no visa sponsorship available.
