Imperative Care is hiring a full-time, on-site Sr Packaging Engineer in its Campbell, California offices, with some travel. The role supports the design, development, validation, commercialization, and lifecycle management of sterile and non-sterile packaging systems for medical devices and capital equipment across Stroke, Vascular, and Robotics business units. Responsibilities include packaging system design, validation, supplier and laboratory coordination, documentation, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of related experience in the medical device or regulated industry, and experience with sterile barrier systems, packaging validation, supplier drawings, and packaging equipment qualification. The position offers a salary of $132,000–$158,000 annually, plus stock options, bonuses, a 401(k) plan, health benefits, paid time off, and parental leave.
