Grafana Labs is hiring a Sr Partner Development Program Manager to manage OEM and Technology partner success, including a new plugin marketplace. The role focuses on partner lifecycle management, operational and revenue goal execution, cross-functional coordination, process creation for royalty or revenue-share agreements, monitoring deployment health and customer satisfaction, and building automation-driven systems and programs to scale the partner ecosystem. The position is remote and based in the United States with a base salary range of $160,000 to $195,000 plus RSUs.
