Cockroach Labs is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market motion across CockroachDB's partner and ISV ecosystem. The role leads co-marketing campaigns, partner launches, joint GTM programs, technical partner content, and performance tracking while collaborating with partner engineering, alliances, product marketing, and demand generation. Candidates need at least five years of partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing experience in a B2B technology company, technical fluency around cloud, infrastructure, APIs, or data products, and the ability to execute webinars and partner activations. The position is based in New York City with office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and offers a hybrid work model, stock options, medical, vision, and dental insurance, and an annual base salary of $150,000–$200,000 USD plus commission.
