Chef Works is hiring a Sr. Pattern Maker / Technical Designer to translate design concepts into production-ready patterns, garments, and technical specifications. The role covers patternmaking, grading, fit, digital pattern development in Optitex, PLM integration, fittings, sample review, and collaboration with design, product development, sample makers, production, and offshore manufacturing teams. It is a fully in-person Monday–Friday position at the company’s headquarters in Poway, California, with a stated salary of $83,000–$90,000 plus a bonus structure.
