Summit Credit Union is hiring a Payment Solutions Specialist to manage delinquent consumer, mortgage, and business loan accounts, help members regain financial stability, execute collection activities, coordinate with legal and auction vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve complex member issues, recover funds, and analyze delinquency trends. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of high-volume collections or loan servicing experience, knowledge of collection systems and legal processes, NMLS eligibility, strong communication and analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
