Description
The Senior Performance Engineer will lead performance strategy and technical leadership for large-scale, mission-critical applications, including mortgage processing, document automation, BPM workflows, and rules engines. The role covers performance testing, automation, cloud-native observability, AI/ML-based anomaly detection, capacity forecasting, diagnostics, tuning, resilience testing, and SDLC integration, while mentoring engineers and influencing architecture decisions. It is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports, requires 10–18 years of progressive experience, and is 100% remote with EST hours.
